Cancellation Policy

At Book and Stays, we understand that sometimes plans change, and cancellations are unavoidable. We have a customer-friendly cancellation policy to accommodate your changing travel plans.

Domestic Tours

• Cancellations 30+ Days Before: If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before your check-in date, you are eligible for a full refund, minus a 5% processing fee.
• Cancellations 15-29 Days Before: For cancellations made between 15 to 29 days before the check-in date, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied.
• Cancellations Less Than 15 Days Before: Cancellations within 14 days of the check-in date will result in a 100% cancellation fee, and no refunds will be issued.

International Tours

• Cancellations 45+ Days Before: For international bookings, cancellations made 45 days or more before the start date will be eligible for a full refund, minus a 5% processing fee.
• Cancellations 30-44 Days Before: A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made between 30 to 44 days prior to the trip.
• Cancellations Less Than 30 Days: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 30 days of the trip start date.
