1. Most Preferred network is BSNL, 2nd most preferred is Airtel. Except these two works. Vodafone, Idea & other operators have weak signal out there.
2. Internet/data rarely works, so carry all requisite print outs with you. Instead struggling to get the internet. ATMs are available at Port Blair. Before travelling to Havelock and Neil carry sufficient cash.
3. We Book Light and Sound Show ticket in Hindi by default, as english show doesn’t happen everyday.
4. Vehicle are point to point, any deviation in the itinerary would cost additional amount. We are not responsible for it. Before changing the itinerary, consult with us for the charges whether it was included or not.
5. You can request reception in case you wish to extend your check out time without additional amount and it depends upon the hotel whether they can do so or not. Hotel Check in & Out timings are mostly quite early in the morning. Please plan accordingly.
6. All efforts will be made to complete the tour within the stipulated time as per the itinerary, however, we may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth execution of tours.
7. There shall be no refund if a particular point is closed because of any unavoidable reason, however, we shall try our best to provide an alternate point in the same.

1. Cancellation in More than 28 days of Trip Start date due to any personal reasons – 25% of the total amount
2. Cancellation in less than 28 days and more than 6 days of Trip Start date due to any personal reasons – 50% of the total amount
3. Cancellation in less than 15 days of the Trip Start date due to any personal reasons – 100% of the total amount
4. No refund will be given for no-show due to cancellation of flight/ferry due to technical/weather conditions.
5. No refunds would be offered on the Cruzz tickets if already purchased.
6. No refund for cancellations on bookings from 15th December to 15th January because of High Peak Season.
7. No refund/adjustment will be given for no-show/changes in the schedule due to cancellation of flight/ferry due to technical/weather conditions, guests will bear if any extra cost is applied anywhere.
8. Refunds will be allowed only as per our cancellation policy. Refunds for missed sightseeings and cancellation due to Govt Cause/No-show/early check-out/unused nights due to disruption/cancellation of flight/ferry due to technical/weather and sea conditions/ will not be entertained.
9. Andaman Ocean Tourism shall not incur any liability for any loss or damage resulting from events, occurrences, or causes beyond the control of Andaman Ocean Tourism. Such events, occurrences, or causes will include, without limitation, acts of God, civil disorder, strikes, lockouts, server and network failure, riots, acts of war, cyclones, tsunamis, earthquakes, inclement weather conditions, any other natural disasters, disease or medical epidemics or outbreaks, change/cancellation in timings of ferries/flights, change in travel advisories by competent authorities, fire and explosions.
